Director, Organ Recovery

Mark began his career in the organ donation and transplantation field in 2009 as registered nurse (RN) in the Transplant ICU at IU Health University Hospital in downtown Indianapolis.

In June 2024, Mark joined Infinite Legacy to continue the work of building one cohesive clinical team and processes post-merger of two legacy organ procurement organizations in January 2023.

Prior to joining Infinite Legacy, Mark launched the organ health division at Natera, a biotech lab based out of San Carlos, CA. There he built a team of field-based RNs deployed nationally to work directly with the transplant centers using Natera testing to monitor transplanted organs for allograft injury.

Before his Natera role, Mark worked at Indiana Donor Network as an organ recovery coordinator in 2016—2018.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Cleveland State University in 2009 and worked at Cleveland Clinic for a short time before relocating to Indianapolis. He received a master’s degree in health administration from Indiana University in 2016.

Mark is married to his wife Neda and is the proud father of two young daughters Zarina and Lucia.
