Our phone interviews are conducted by one of our Human Resources Business Partners and will last up to 30 minutes. During this time, you will discuss your resume and answer questions about past scenarios detailed in order of the situation, the task you were asked to complete, the action you took to complete the task, or solve the problem, and the result of these actions. Candidates should also be prepared with questions for their interviewer.
During an on-site interview, every candidate should expect to spend up to two hours with us at our facility. Interviews are held with three separate groups of Infinite Legacy Leadership and Department Managers. During these sessions, a round robin styled discussion will take place, consisting of behavioral based questions, review of your experience, education, and what drew you to apply to Infinite Legacy. Like in the phone interview, candidates are expected to be prepared to answer behavioral based question with scenarios detailed in order of: the situation, the task you were asked to complete, the action you to complete the task or solve the problem, and the result of these actions.
Candidates should be prepared with questions for each of the three sets of interviews and discuss how the candidate will uphold and demonstrate Infinite Legacy's core values.
Yes! In general, candidates for internships are recruited between January and March of each year. You will be able to search the specific internship opportunities available during that time.

Anyone working in a clinical position or capacity at Infinite Legacy is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per guidelines set by our hospital partners. These positions include but are not limited to Clinical Recovery Coordinator, Donation Services Technician, Hospital Donation Coordinator, Family Services Coordinator and Surgical Specialist.<s> </s>
