Hello, my name is Jason. I am a proud civil servant who is dedicated towards putting his life on the line each day at work. I am also a loving husband to my beautiful wife whom we share the dream of a happy life and children in the future. I have been diagnosed with end stage renal disease for about two years now and I am on the transplant list in the residing area.
Currently, I perform home PD treatments for roughly 9 1/2 hours a day. I am also a part-time student who is working on his Masters degree in computer forensics. I am an upbeat person and some days are certainly better than others. I love life and love being surrounded by family members. I say that if a transplant will help me live a longer healthier life so that I can be around my family, then that is the priority when considering my health status.
