Director of Compensation and Benefits
Leslie comes to Infinite Legacy with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Management. Leslie is responsible for the execution and oversight of the employee benefit and compensation programs for nearly 300 employees.
Before joining Infinite Legacy in 2014, Leslie served in leadership roles at several prestigious government contracting firms including global project management company Versar, Inc. and Information Analysis, Inc., as well as professional healthcare staffing agencies with payrolls exceeding $100 million annually. She has led payroll functions for hundreds of staff in both the private and public sectors.
Leslie began her career working as an accountant but switched gears and pursued a Human Resources specific role after advocating for herself and her maternity leave benefits before the birth of her son. “I am passionate about advocating for each employee to ensure they receive and take advantage of all the benefits they deserve as well as empowering them to be their own best advocate,” said Leslie.
Leslie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Human Resources and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO) HR Council.
